Tim joined the financial services industry in 1991 as an adviser with Britannic Assurance. In 1994 Tim was promoted to Life Inspector and then promoted again to Sales Manager in 1998. He left Britannic Assurance in 2001 to become an IFA and worked primarily from home building up extensive knowledge of the independent market and a client Portfolio.

In July 2004 Tim joined forces with Andy Rees and formed 1 Stop Financial Services. Since then Tim prides himself in offering independent tailor made solutions to clients old and new.

Tim lives in Burton with his wife Rachel and has two boys ... Morgan and Luke. His hobbies are cycling and photography.

Andy has been in the financial service industry since 1996, he was a Financial Adviser with Prudential and Norwich Union before becoming an Independent Financial Adviser in 2001. In 2004 he joined with Tim Hughes to form 1 STOP Financial Services, initially the business was run from an office above an estate agents in Narberth. In September 2005 they opened an office in High Street, Haverfordwest. Living in Haverfordwest, Andy is married to Heather and has 3 children Lee, Carl and Amy.

Moira joined the company in January 2008 as a Mortgage Adviser and Business Development Manager. She recently worked at the Milford Haven Branch of the Cheltenham & Gloucester, where she was employed as Branch Manager.

She has had much experience of working within the financial sector having spent the last 11 years working for the Cheltenham & Gloucester and 14 years with Barclays before to that.

Moira lives in Milford Haven with her husband Steve and has 3 boys, Mike, Phil & Jimmy.

Anthony Webb joined the 1 Stop Financial Services Team as Office Manager in February 2007. At the age of 24 and after working in the I.T. industry for 7 years, Anthony felt that a change in career path was needed and looks forward to new challenges and expanding his knowledge in the Financial Planning environment. Living in Pembroke Dock, Anthony plays football for a local team and enjoys keeping fit.

Lee started work for the company in Oct 2005, straight after he finished his A-levels. He was taken on as an Office Manager, where he dealt with all the administration within the business.

He decided he wanted to take his career to the next level and in Sept 2006 he attended University in Cardiff, where he studied for his Financial Planning Certificate, to qualify him as Financial Adviser. He is also in the process of sitting his CeMAP exams to qualify him to advise on mortgages.

He is currently not in an advisory roll as he is concentrating on shadowing Andy and Tim so he is able to gain a high level of experience before advising on his own.

Lee hopes in the future to gain expert qualifications in Pensions, so he can bring another specialist advice area to the company.

Mal is well known in the business community, having been a business manager at LloydsTsb for many years in Pembrokeshire, a position he relinquished in 2005 when he moved to NatWest to become their Business Development Manager for Mid & West Wales. He took early retirement in late 2007.

Mal lives in Crundale with wife Jan, and they have a grown up family. Away from the work environment he is a keen rugby supporter, and also plays golf, having been Captain at Haverfordwest in 2006.

Maria moved to Pembrokeshire in 2004 after a 16 year career in international banking. Maria moved from banking to become involved in the mortgage market a year ago and covers the whole south west region.

Maria lives in Crymych with her 2 year old son Alfie and in her spare time she enjoys travelling and gardening.

Angela is new to the 1 Stop Financial Services team and is an ex university graduate holding a Business Studies degree. After this she worked for HSBC and then decided she wanted to enter the mortgage market.

Angela is currently studying for her full qualifications in mortgage practice when she will become a fully qualified adviser. Angela currently lives in Swansea and is 23 years of age.
